This organic sparkling wine is crafted from carefully hand-selected white grapes grown in Sicily and distinguished by a fine, persistent perlage. Made from 80% Pinot Grigio and 20% Grillo, it undergoes soft crushing and temperature-controlled fermentation using the long Charmat method, with six months of ageing on the lees to achieve finesse and elegance. It presents a brilliant straw yellow colour with fresh, fruity aromas and hints of lime peel, offering a pleasantly dry and refined finish. Perfect for aperitifs, desserts, and seafood dishes.
