From the finest vineyards of Apulia, this organic wine is made exclusively from hand-picked Sangiovese grapes. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, it reveals a ruby red colour with aromas of red fruits, black cherry, and blueberries. On the palate, it is fruity and well-balanced, ideal with roasted meats, tomato-based dishes, lasagna, and pizza.
