This organic wine is made from 100% hand-picked Pinot Grigio grapes from some of the finest vineyards in Sicily. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, it presents a straw yellow colour with golden hues and aromas of citrus fruits, acacia flowers, and white fruits. On the palate, it is dry, slightly acidic, well-balanced, and elegant. Ideal for aperitifs, appetizers, and seafood dishes.
Alcohol: 13% vol. – Residual sugar: 5 g/l – Acidity: 6 g/l.
