This organic sparkling wine is made from carefully hand-selected white grapes from Sicily, featuring a fine and persistent perlage. Made from 80% Pinot Grigio and 20% Grillo, it undergoes soft crushing and controlled-temperature fermentation following the long Charmat method, with 6 months ageing on the lees for elegance. It has a brilliant straw yellow colour with aromas of lime peel, fruity and fresh notes. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry with a refined finish. Perfect for aperitifs, desserts, and seafood.
