This wine comes from the finest vineyards of Tuscany and is made entirely from hand-picked Sangiovese grapes. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, it displays a ruby red colour with aromas of small red fruits and slight herbaceous notes. On the palate, it is pleasantly fruity and fresh, ideal with pasta with meat sauce, pappa al pomodoro, ribollita, bean soup, brochettes, and quiche.
