This organic Chianti Riserva DOCG comes from the heart of Tuscany, from vineyards situated at 150–650 m above sea level. Made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot grown on rocky, clay-rich soils, it undergoes soft crushing and controlled fermentation and maceration to highlight the elegance of the grapes. It has an intense ruby red colour with aromas of cherry, plum, and black pepper, and a smooth, full-bodied taste. Perfect with “bistecca alla Fiorentina”, roasted potatoes, and truffle-based dishes.
