From the warm and sunny vineyards of Southern Italy, this organic wine is made from hand-picked Nero d’Avola (80%) and Merlot (20%) grapes. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature, it shows a deep ruby red colour and aromas of ripe red fruits with delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is structured, full-bodied, and well-balanced. Perfect with roasted meats, brochettes, or tuna steak.
