destemmed, are softly pressed in
pneumatic machine.
Pinot Noir grapes are destemmed
and gently crushed.
Then, after a
48 hours skin contact, are softly
pressed in pneumatic machine.
Fermentation at 15°C.
Prise de mousse: 60 days

Alcohol content: 11% vol
Sugar content : 7g/l
Dry extract : 17g/l
Serving temperature : 4-6°C
Tasting notes:
clear bright pale pink.
