VINEYARD NOTES
The vineyards, selected in association with Celliers Jean d'Alibert, from the cooler area of Aigues-Vives benefiting from calcareous soils and Northern winds.
WINEMAKING NOTES
Cool-fermented, with extended maceration to obtain full extraction of all the varietal character. Together with a gentle tannin extraction, the result is a soft youthful drinking wine.
TASTING NOTES
Deep red colour with purple fringe, intense aromas of red berry fruit.
Crisp blackcurrant flavours married with the flavours of rie plums,
form the length of this wine. Balanced tannin finish.
FOOD STYLE
Easy drinking red, produced for early enjoyment. Suits a range of mild
flavoured food dishes.
