Emir grapes, which we grow in our Côtes d'Avanos vineyards with the principle of microviniculture,
were hand-harvested in the cool of the night in order to carry its distinctive
character with its minerality to the wine. In our chateau-style production cellar, each parcel
was processed separately to preserve its dynamics and only the best parcels were selected
to prepare this special wine for presentation.
