Bornova Misketi grapes, which we grow in our Pendore Vineyards with the principle of
micro viticulture, were harvested by hand in the cool of the night in order to carry their
rich aroma character to the wine. In the Pendore cellar, where Château-style production
is carried out, each parcel was processed separately to preserve the parcel dynamics and
only the best parcels were selected to prepare this special wine for presentation. Kavaklıdere
Misket, which will make a difference on the palates of wine lovers with its bottle and label
reflecting the richness and elegance of the wine's aroma, takes you to a flower garden. This
wine, which will carry its striking aroma character to your glasses, is remarkable with its
persistence, flavor and minerality, as well as notes of orange blossom, crocus flower and
bergamot. It will accompany your fine moments as an aperitif or match perfectly with
dishes such as salmon carpaccio, duck with orange sauce, chicken with sweet and sour
sauce and sushi. The ideal serving temperature of 6-8°C and should be stored at 12-20°C.
