The Öküzgözü grape, one of the indigenous and prestigious
wine grape vareity that has hundreds of years of history in
Anatolia and attracts attention with its elegant tannins and
distinctive aromas, was first produced by Kavaklıdere Wines
in 1995 as a single grape wine and took its rightful place in
Anatolian winemaking. Produced from carefully selected
grapes from Elazığ vineyards, Prestige Öküzgözü is produced
in a limited numbered edition and pairs well with grilled lamb
chops, casseroles, charcuterie meats and strong yellow
cheeses. The ideal serving temperature is 17-18°C.
