With daily contact with the companies along with in-depth knowledge of the area, the Consortium has confirmed itself as the main reference point for those looking to discover the Valpolicella and its wines.
Besides guaranteeing the safeguard of the appellation, the Consortium is responsible for the promotion on domestic and international markets of the Valpolicella wines: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC and Valpolicella DOC.
For the 2026 edition, the stand will host 36 companies, as well as a dedicated wine tasting area where guests will be invited on a sensory journey to explore Valpolicella DOC and DOCG wines and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
The Accordini Stefano Company has located its wine production in Cavalo di Fumane, a small village at 550 metres a.s.l, thus being the highest cellar in the Valpolicella Classica region. The particular composition of the soil and the microclimate give the wines completely unique and clearly distinguishable characteristics, first of all the spicy aroma. The fourth generation of the Accordini family pays particular attention to eco-sustainability, organic cultivation and renewable sources. From June 2019 the Company has extended its business by opening the new Agriturismo Acinatico Wine Relais located within its own organic vineyard certified by the 2019 vintage.

A place where family is the heart of the winery and where the wine bottle becomes art, a way to tell our story
Buglioni is an Italian grape-growing family led by Alfredo Buglioni and his son Mariano, who chose to devote themselves to winemaking in the early 1990s with the goal of becoming one of the leading producers in Valpolicella.
Starting from the first 3.5 hectares of vineyard purchased with the house where the family still lives, today the two "Teste Dure" grow their own grapes on 50 hectares of vineyards in Valpolicella Classica, 5 ha in Lugana, and 5 in Bardolino’s area, organically run since 2019.
Quality and respect are the values that guide our choices in the field: all the vineyards are estate grown and managed directly, cultivated with systems that bring lower yields in favour of a better product and only hand-harvested.
Alongside the traditional Valpolicella’s grape -Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta, Rondinella and Molinara- over the years Croatina, Garganega and Incrocio Manzoni have been added.
On Garda Lake, we grow Trebbiano di Lugana in Lugana and Corvina in Bardolino’s area.
Tradition and research together to safeguard and preserve the sensuality of the Valpolicella terroir: this is the recipe for Buglioni wines, a combination of science and soul along with a touch of happines.
A focus on ‘things done well, as they used to be’ that leads to the choice of ancient ageing processes - such as cement and amphora - that celebrate the elegance that links the vineyard to the bottle, man to nature.
Buglioni devotes the same commitment in producing both wines for everyday occasions and two selection products that tell of the desire to push the potential of Valpolicella's indigenous grapes.
The wines are fine, free of concentration, with soft, yet not overbearing tannins. A production that highlights the freshness of the fruit, fragrance and crispness, an expression of the relationship between grape and vine grower.
I haven’t done anything. I indulged myself with nature and time.
The result is the outcome of the Territory.
Cavedini offers a different vision of Valpolicella: authentic, organic, and deeply rooted in the Marcellise Valley, just outside Verona. For decades, the family has cultivated nine hectares with a “less is more” philosophy: respect for the land, craftsmanship, and wines that express a true sense of place.
Marco Cavedini personally manages every vineyard intervention and every step of the winemaking process. With organic farming, the Simonit & Sirch pruning method, and minimal intervention, he preserves biodiversity and maintains balanced, long-living vines. Production is intentionally limited to what the soils can naturally sustain.
The estate works exclusively with native Veronese varieties, crafting a focused range of wines that highlight purity and elegance: the fresh and mineral Valpolicella DOC; the textured and refined Valpolicella Superiore; the richer, layered Ripasso; the powerful yet balanced Amarone; and the velvety, complex Recioto.
More than a winery, Cavedini is a story of passion, heritage, and dedication to nature. Every bottle reflects the spirit of Marcellise and the family’s commitment to producing wines that carry both authenticity and individuality. At Cavedini, Valpolicella is not what you expect, it’s something more.
La Collina dei Ciliegi's story is rooted in the entrepreneurial success of Massimo Gianolli’s family, originally in sectors far from agriculture. Over time, this success transformed into a project of giving back to their homeland in Valpantena, Italy. The story begins with Massimo’s father, Armando, who, despite moving to Milan in 1932, maintained a deep connection with the region where he spent his early years. In the 1960s and '70s, Armando began acquiring abandoned lands around Erbin, his childhood village, envisioning its revival.
In 2005, Massimo founded the wine estate, named after the cherry trees his family planted on the hillside. Over time, the vineyard expanded, embracing a commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. The estate is now a leading winery in the region, producing renowned wines like Amarone.
The restoration of Erbin village, including the creation of "Ca' del Moro," a sophisticated inn, represents the project's heart. The estate spans 56 hectares, including 31 hectares of vineyards managed with organic practices. Collaborating with esteemed experts, Massimo aims to craft exceptional wines reflecting the terroir of the Valpantena, blending tradition, innovation, and sustainability.
Family and History
Le Calendre: a young winery deeply rooted in Valpolicella. A 100-year old tradition, proudly arrived to the fifth generation, at Le Calendre we still obtain wine exclusively from our grapes, supervising the entire production – from the vineyard to the bottle – treating with utmost care every single detail.
Vineyards
The winery cultivates 4 hectares of vineyards situated in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, trellised with the double inclined “Pergola” system: the century old system typical of Valpolicella. These vineyards are mainly planted with native grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, ensuring wines that authentically express the unique characteristics of the region.
Production
Le Calendre produces approximately 30,000 bottles annually, using only grapes from its own vineyards to ensure full control over quality. The winery focuses on DOC and DOCG wines that embody the essence of Valpolicella’s rich terroir.
Wines
Le Calendre focuses on producing five classic wines, and one IGT Rosso Veronese. The winery’s approach prioritizes stylistic integrity and consistency, emphasizing elegance and terroir as hallmarks of its production.

Le Calendre tradition
According to local tradition, "Le Calendre" was a method used to forecast the seasonal climate and consequently plan the work to be carried out in the vineyards.
It was not based on scientific principles, but rather on centuries-old traditional customs.
We cherish this heritage when it comes to making our wines and tending our vines: neither science nor book learning is enough to explain the magic found in a glass of good wine.
Distribution
Le Calendre wines are available in over 15 countries worldwide, primarily in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, excellently represented by small importers/distributors with whom a relationship of deep cooperation and friendship is established.
Monteci is the antique nickname, going back more than a century ago, which was given back then to the Righetti family in the Valpolicella region and which is highly used today to represent the profound bond with its roots. We are talking about five generations of high quality wine production integrating traditional methods of drying grapes and “working the must” with the latest wine-making techniques and instruments.
The array of Monteci wines stems from the experience of mature vine-growers passed on from generation to generation and from the professionalism that distinguishes our work. This unique bond between tradition and technology, authenticity and professionalism, uniformity and innovation all give life to a line of products that constantly unite themselves with the Valpolicella area: “Land of many fruits”, generous and fertile, and a “splendid county” of enchanting and charming landscapes.
Cantina San Cassiano owes its name to a little uphill village above Mezzane valley. Here, among the old houses of those who have always worked with nature, the ancient tradition of Valpolicella wines is blended into a young and enthusiastic project. Albino Sella founded our estate in 1957. After twenty years dedicated to farming, he decided to start planting olive trees and vines. The farming business continued to expand, until in 2002 Albino’s grandson Mirko founded Azienda Agricola San Cassiano, which now includes the cellar and some hectares of vineyards and olive trees.
In the heart of Valpolicella rises Tenuta Villa Bellini. The winery in San Pietro in Cariano (VR) produces wines according to the principles of precision organic viticulture.
Tenuta Villa Bellini is a wine-making company enclosed within the "brolo" (the orchards) of the villa, located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica. It extends over six hectares of land, four of which are dedicated to vine cultivation. Here, among vineyards and olive trees, grow centuries-old cypresses and a three-hundred-year-old oak tree. This pristine landscape, populated by unique biodiversity, is enhanced by a spring hidden in a cave and a small lake that plunges into the forest.
The soils consist of an interweaving of limestone and Eocene calcarenitic rock foundations, covered by a thin layer of earth, and are dedicated to precision organic viticulture, implemented with respect for the brolo, for the flora and fauna, which involves minimal interventions in the vineyard carried out with respect for biodiversity.
The main soil nutrition system is green manure, irrigation is exclusively for emergency support, and biological treatments and fertilizations are performed only when strictly necessary and only for the vineyards that need them.
Four are the main native grape varieties of the area cultivated according to this method: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. The grape varieties cultivated with vertical espalier training [alberello] and pergola systems grow in very narrow rows, at high density, ensuring higher quality grapes at the expense of low yield per hectare and, at the same time, allowing for exclusively manual agricultural work.
The harvest is carried out by hand through careful selection of the bunches. Only healthy and perfectly ripe grapes reach the cellar, while those not suitable are returned to the earth. The drying process occurs naturally, with only ventilation of the fruit room, so that each individual grape bunch can best express its aromatic potential. Fermentation is spontaneous and occurs through micro-vinifications with small quantities of grapes whose subdivision is marked by harvest time. Wine aging takes place in a cellar composed of 500-liter tonneaux and 2000-liter barrels of French oak with delicate toasting. Every phase of winemaking is carried out in the estate's historic cellar.
In addition to the winery, there is also the eighteenth-century villa which, in collaboration with expert restorers and the Superintendency of Cultural and Historical Heritage, is currently being restored and will become a wine-relais, the hub of our winery hospitality.
The wines of Tenuta Villa Bellini are the fruit of the centuries-old winemaking tradition of Valpolicella. Five are the references produced, each with its own character.
