(Paris, 4 February 2026) – The Valpolicella Wine Protection Consortium is stepping up its presence at Wine Paris with a strengthened participation and a larger exhibition area. A total of 50 Valpolicella wineries will be represented in the Consortium’s second consecutive appearance at the international wine trade fair in Paris (9–11 February, Porte de Versailles). The collective stand has also expanded in size, reaching 312 square metres of exhibition space—an increase of 24% compared to its debut edition.
Within the institutional area (Hall 5.1 – C103, Aisle A), 36 wineries will be present with dedicated stands, alongside a further 14 companies showcased at the tasting counter, ensuring broad representation of the denomination. The Consortium’s participation is part of the European project “Quality Heritage of Europe” (QHE), in partnership with the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Consortium.
“Wine Paris is a key event on the international wine trade calendar,” comments Christian Marchesini, President of the Valpolicella Wine Consortium. “Last year’s edition enabled our wineries to develop targeted contacts with importers, buyers and international media. This year we return with a larger presence and an even more structured representation, in order to build on the relationships already established and create new opportunities for producers from the denomination.”
In Paris, Valpolicella will present the full range of its appellation, led by Amarone, featured at the pouring counter with a selection of labels from different wineries, including a vertical tasting spanning vintages from 2013 to 2021. The 2021 vintage was recently unveiled in Verona during the Consortium’s official preview event.
