The grapes go through direct press and co fermentation. The result is a cloudy wine, refreshing and zesty.
From indigenous grapes. Arneis is an indigenous grape that has been rediscovered in the 1970s and is originally from the Roero area which is right beside the Langhe, just a few kilometers away.
The aging is just a few months in concrete tanks.
