Grape: Nebbiolo
Rosé wine produced from the bleeding of two important vineyards, one of which is over 85 years old (saignée method). The grapes are crushed and the next day a part of the must is separated from the skins for this rosé. The contact with the skins lasts about a day, so that it can ferment with its own lees.
From 2024, we added a small part of Nebbiolo Rose’, a clone of Nebbiolo particularly special for rosato.
This wine is aged in concrete tanks.
