Growing: "Culture Raisonnée", soil is plowed and only organic fertilizer is used when needed.
Soil: 100% Clay, Limestone and "Caillottes".
Vinification : Gentle pneumatic pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Vinification and Maturation in stainless-steel tanks in contact with a layer of fine lees.
Winemaker's comments :
Color: Pale Golden with silvery glints.
Nose: Very aromatic, rich and complex nose, melting floral (lily of the valley, white lilac) and expressive with hints of peach, mandarin.
Mouth: The attack is soft, with a fat evolution and a fresh finish. This wine, both full and fresh, is dense. The subtil orange and mandarin notes extend the nice feelings in mouth.
