VINEYARDS : The plots are located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux and benefit from clay-limestone soils. Our vines are planted on hillsides and plateaus with various exposures.
Average age of the vines: 43 years – Plantation density: 7,000 vines/ha – Maximum yield: 50 hl/ha
WINEMAKING & AGEING
A vintage both qualitative and generous for the second year in a row. Grapes reached full maturity with excellent sanitary conditions, and acidity levels were well balanced across all grape varieties.
Mechanical harvesting
VINIFICATION
Skin maceration on destemmed harvest, temperature control during alcoholic fermentation, light pneumatic pressing.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
AGING : Old oak barrels (Demi-muids) 1 year
TASTING & SERVING
This is a delicious, lightly tannic red wine, perfect for everyday meals. It shows aromas of red fruits (wild berries, raspberry, and cherry) and candy notes.
Ageing potential: 7 - 8 years – Serving temperature: room temperature

It pairs wonderfully with charcuterie, meat-based dishes (steak, cottage pie, tartiflette, Rack of lamb, coq au vin, quail cooked with cherries), cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
