Grapes: Pinot Nero
This metodo classico (traditional method) is rosé from Pinot Nero grapes. It spends 3 years on the lees. The bottles are aged for 2 years in Reiner’s cave (where the name comes from). This natural cave was created through the limestone in Bastia Mondovi’ in the 1100 A.D. The temperature there is 12°C year-around which makes the perlage elegant and refined.
When one of our vineyards was approved for the Altalanga certification we planted Pinot Noir, the only non-indigenous grape we grow.
ABV: 13%
