A monopole cuvée, AOP Fleurie, 100% Gamay. A clos enclosed by walls for nearly a thousand years, on a rare soil combining pink granite, weathered feldspar, marls and blue clays. Old vines planted at 10,000 vines/ha, yields of around 30 hl/ha, 28-day maceration, aged in foudres and demi-muids. Certified organic, Demeter and Biodyvin.
