Plots neighbouring Fleurie, on silty sands over pink granite bedrock. Old vines from massal selection, hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated for 28 days, then aged for 10 months in concrete vats to preserve the fruit. On the nose, violet, raspberry and a hint of sweet spices. On the palate, a silky texture, fresh red fruit and a subtly peppery finish. Certified organic, Demeter and Biodyvin.
