The flagship white wine of our estate, Sixtine Blanc showcases the outstanding potential of the coastal terroir of AOC Côtes de Provence La Londe. Crafted from an organic blend of Rolle (Vermentino) and Sémillon, it is carefully aged in oak barrels, yielding a subtly toasted nose and great complexity. On the palate, it offers a rich texture, exceptional length, and the characteristic mineral freshness of our seaside soils.
Food Pairing & Occasions: A sophisticated gastronomic white wine. Ideal for pairing with seared sea scallops, classic veal blanquette, or aged Comté cheese.
