TASTING
Creamy mousse with a bright golden colour, sparkling with lemon highlights
The bouquet is particularly complex and generous. It develops notes of roasted nuts and toasted almonds, accompanied by nuances of dried fruits such as fig and date. A touch of vanilla rounds out the profile, lending a warm and enveloping dimension to the wine.
On the palate, we experience freshness followed by a fullness that grows in volume. We detect aromas of dried fruit such as hazelnut and praline, with a subtle effervescence. A complete aromatic palette with potential for development, to be allowed to evolve.
