TASTING
The intense, regular effervescence forms a thick collar, heralding a beautiful structure and generosity on the palate.
Subtle and reserved on opening, the nose gives off a sensation of damp earth with a slight reduction. After a few moments, it blossoms with delicate notes of clementine and complex aromas of autolysis, bringing depth and character.
The texture is round and soft, offering an enveloping mouthfeel. This balance is reinforced by beautiful, lingering bitters that add a vibrant, refreshing dimension to the tasting experience.
