Sabinot is the name of the farm where our family comes from.
Wine aged one year mostly in 25hl neutral French oak barrels, and about 20% in amphora. The color is intense red, the aromas of violet, plum with a light hint of vanilla, on the palate it is round, intense and persistent. Long maceration, super concentrated. A wine that can age a long time.
With this wine, obtained from old vines exposed to the sun, we want to express the traditional character of Barbera, intense and sharp.
Excellent with “bagna cauda” and tasty cheeses, a safe companion for grilled meats.
Unfiltered and unclarified wine.
