A passion for Land and Stone. Reinventing our Provençal heritage.
Located in the heart of Provence Verte, between the Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume mountains, the estate cultivates 120 hectares of vineyards surrounded by an exceptional natural environment.
Since taking over the estate in 2004, our philosophy has been simple: reveal the potential of what is already there. Restoring historic buildings, bringing new life to the land and preserving the identity of the estate while creating new opportunities for its future.
The same philosophy guides our approach in both the vineyard and the cellar: respect what already exists, understand its strengths and find new ways to enhance it. Old vineyard plots therefore coexist with a contemporary approach to winemaking based on observation, precision and experimentation.
At Saint Hilaire, we bring different eras together: a historic winery dating back to 1930 with modern winemaking practices, old vines with new ideas, and a rich heritage with an outlook firmly focused on the future.
Creating something new from something old is the vision that drives Les Terres de Saint Hilaire and shapes the personality of every wine we produce.

Preserve. Restore. Reinvent.
Our ambition is not simply to preserve our heritage, but to keep it alive. From restoring historic buildings to cultivating our vineyards, we strive to reveal the potential of what already exists and give it a new expression.
The land is our raw material. Stone carries our history. Wine connects the two.
