Domaine Rose et Paul is a 110-hectare family-run vineyard in the heart of the Malepère massif, near Carcassonne, in the village of Arzens.

Since 1750, the men and women of the Foussat family have been working towards a shared passion: quality and modern winemaking. Wine is the art of winemakers who cultivate the same land and pass on their expertise, generation after generation. The name of the estate, Rose et Paul, is a tribute to our great-grandparents, Rose and Paul Foussat. Today, the 5th and 6th generations work together.

Our wines are made from Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Caladoc, and Arnarnoa.

Our vines are cultivated using organic farming methods and are certified HVE3. We produce wines under five appellations:

AOP Malepère,

IGP Pays d'Oc,

IGP Cité de Carcassonne,

AOC Crémant de Limoux,

IGP Aude / Côtes de Prouilhe
