Forward-looking and creative, the cooperative cellar Alma Cersius believes in the idea that a glass of wine should be nothing but delicious. It is a combination of 179 passionate and committed winegrowers who pool their know-how and expertise.

The winery is located in the south of France, in the Languedoc region, between the Mediterranean sea and Béziers High-Cantons. Alma Cersius vines thrive on Cers, Portiragnes, Puimisson, Hérépian and Villeneuve-lès-Béziers areas.

Alma Cersius’ vineyard extends over 1700 hectares, fully classified as IGP Pays d’Oc, Coteaux de Beziers, Haute Vallée de l’Orb and Côtes de Thongue. The vineyard benefits from the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea which often tempers the heat of the summer months and the cool temperatures on plots up to 450m above sea level.

Welcome to Saint-Cels Nestled in the heart of the Languedoc, in the Saint-Chinian appellation, we draw from this complex and preserved terroir all its richness, aromatic power and imagination to create wines bursting with sun, love and authenticity. In Organic Agriculture, Saint-Cels is above all a beautiful Family story. Like a patchwork, the generous nature offers us a great diversity of soils: schist, limestone, sandstone, rolled pebbles and grape varieties. In our vineyard, the vines wind their way through the stones to draw water from deep within the soil. Working the soil is often difficult. The hot and dry climate of this part of the Languedoc region, combined with the "poor" and stony soils, places us among the best vintages of Mediterranean wines. The vegetation between pines and garrigues completes this landscape. This multitude of natural elements typical of the Languedoc terroirs like musical notes allows us to compose a rich and varied score. For us, the word "terroir" carries with it a strength, an identity of its own. For our range, one thing is certain when the richness of a terroir accompanies you, the imagination becomes a "land" without limits, leaving room for creation and the development of vintages just waiting to be shared. Our Philosophy : Daring the difference, risking modernity, allowing yourself all freedoms. Our range is composed of 2 parts. From one side the IGP Pays d'Oc. Pleasant, simple, gourmand wines where we play with the grape varieties. On the other side AOP Saint-Chinian, more concentrated and terroir wines, the soul of our land.

Domaine familial depuis 1928, c’est au tout début des années 2000 que Philippe Girard reprend le flambeau de 4 générations de vignerons. Situé sur le village d’Alaigne à 350 mètres d’altitude dans l’Aude, le domaine s’étend sur une trentaine d’hectare où Philippe, vigneron indépendant engagé, y cultive une diversité de cépages exprimant tout leur caractère : Exclusivement le Chardonnay pour les blancs, Pinot Noir et Syrah pour les atypiques et bien entendu Cabernet Franc, Merlot et Malbec pour l’élaboration de nos AOC Malepère. La situation géographique de la Malepère se caractérise par paysage vallonné, rehaussé en toile de fond par la barrière des Pyrénées. Cette dernière permet aux fortes influences océaniques typiques de notre terroir de concurrencer la dominante méditerranéenne omniprésente partout ailleurs en Languedoc. Les cépages septentrionaux qui y sont cultivés profitent alors à la fois du terroir argilo calcaire mais aussi d’un climat particulièrement favorable grâce à l’altitude qui permet de tempérer les chaleurs estivales. De ces 2 facteurs principaux naissent les vins insolites de la Malepère. Soucieux de la qualité de nos récoltes, nos vignes sont cultivées depuis plusieurs années dans le respect de l’environnement. L’obtention de la certification du domaine en « Haute valeur environnementale » ( HVE 3 ) nous permet ainsi de revenir à des pratiques positives et durables tout en répondant aux attentes des consommateurs soucieux de la qualité de leur alimentation et de l’avenir de la planète.

Vigneron by nature, the ROBERT family, owner of Domaine La Provenquière since 1954, produces a wide variety of wines in the heart of Languedoc. The wines of Domaine la Provenquière have been certified HVE 3 and guaranteed vegan friendly since the 2019 vintage. We cultivate a wide variety of grape varieties: Rosé and red wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache Gris and Noir, Malbec, Pinot Gris, Marselan white wines: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Sémillon, Viognier, Marsanne, Colombard

Nous sommes 89 familles de vignerons, réunies dans cinq villages entourés de garrigue, de bois et de petits cours d’eau qui vivifient nos paysages méditerranéens. Ici, les vignes sont préservées, enchâssées dans un paysage vivant, baignées de lumière et rafraîchies par les vents du Sud. Nos exploitations sont familiales, transmises, travaillées avec constance et respect du lieu. Nous avons fait le choix des vins frais, droits, éclatants. Des profils faciles à boire, faciles à aimer, qui recrutent et fidélisent. Blancs et rosés sont notre terrain naturel, notre signature. En rouge nous nous découvrons, nous nous surprenons, nous nous dévoilons.

Since 1905, the Vic family have been running the vineyard and making wine with a great deal of passion and commitment. Alongside their team of 40 people, winemaker, Jérôme Vic and wine expert, Aurélie Vic are proud to keep this wonderful human adventure alive. Situated between Agde and Béziers in the heart of the Languedoc vineyards, Domaine Preignes le Vieux spans across 3 different terroirs: Volcanic, gravel and so-called "plaine" soils. Together they make up exceptional winegrowing terroirs. 18 grape varieties flourish on over 270 hectares of agricultural land, interspersed with fragrant Garrigue scrub, which provide a wide and original array of aromas, resulting in outstanding wines. The vineyard is based on eco-friendly sustainable agriculture to produce delicious, crisp wines ideal for get-togethers and great value for money.
