It is the story of a committed cellar, which we have carried since 1914. Our name, Cellier des Demoiselles, is a tribute to the young women of the village who, during the First World War, not only replaced their men who had gone to the front, but also deeply marked our history. We are an association of winegrowers united in a cooperative. Each of us has the possibility to develop his own wines, either individually or collectively, under the signature "Cellier des Demoiselles". We develop our sense of independence, being small among the big and proud of it. We are committed to an eco-responsible approach, with the progressive implementation of the BIO, HVE and sustainable development (ISO 26000) labels. We don't just make wines, but wines with values.
