Taste:Palazzo Mio Rosso has generous fruity taste of sunmatured fruit, blackberries, herbs and chocolate.
Aroma:Youthful, fruity aromas with hints of dark berries, plums, fresh herbs and chocolate.
Production and maturation:The different organically grown grape varietals have fermented individually and thereafter aged partly in french oak and stainless steel tanks before the final blending. The maturation period is six months.
