Taste:Medium-bodied, mouth-watering dry with nuanced flavors of fresh citrus fruit and hints of grapefruit, melon and pear.
Aroma:Fruity and fresh aromas with hints of grapefruit zest, orange blossom and melon.
Production and maturation:The grapes have been harvested night time and been pressed only once before the "cool" fermentation around 14°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine has thereafter been stored at around 12°C, also in stainless steel tanks before bottling, in order to keep its aromatic characteristics.
