Taste:Medium-bodied with a fresh dryness of citrus and apple fruit along with light buttery oaky notes.
Aroma:Fresh aromas of grapefruit with hints of oaky notes.
Production and maturation:Only the best and fully-matured Chardonnay grapes are picked by hand and vinified with modern methods. Fermentation takes place at 15°C in stainless steel tanks, and to further enhance the complexity of the wine, a part of the wine is matured on oak. The rest spends 4-6 months oon lees.
