Taste:A spicy, rich red wine, with tastes of dark berries, plums, fresh herbs and chocolate.
Aroma:Fruity aroma and note of dark berries.
Production and maturation:We have selected vineyards on the north side of Salento. Here the land is hilly. Soils are thin and gravelly with low water retention so the production is naturally low. This allows us obtain a medium body wine with ever so soft tannins, succulent acidity and moderately intense cherry and herb flavours. After malolactic the wine matures for 6 months in a combination of tank and oak.
