Planted with the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, our estate is divided into 40 plots spread over the different terroirs of the Pouilly-Fumé Appellation.
The Pouilly-Fumé Domaine des Fines Caillottes is the blend of the wines produced from these varied terroirs: white pebbles locally called "caillottes", marls with small oysters which are clay-limestone stones with numerous fossils, clay-limestone and flint.
Thus each terroir brings its characteristics to this cuvee, which improves its balance and aromatic complexity, while ensuring the quality consistency.
