Jean Pabiot et Fils: producer of Pouilly-Fumé at Domaine des Fines Caillottes. Family estate, for 5 generations, run by Jérôme and Alain Pabiot. Vineyard area: 42 hectares all in Pouilly-Fumé, planted with the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. Also range of Sancerre blanc, red and rose. Marketing of our Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre wines in France (40%) and Export (60%). Always looking for the highest quality, our wines are often rewarded at wine competitions or quoted by the press. The Domaine des Fines Caillottes vineyards are cultivated with respect for tradition, using sustainable farming methods in order to be environmentally friendly (certified TERRA VITIS and High Environmental Value level 3).
