The old French method Pétillant-Naturel (naturally sparkling wine) with natural lees
Stationary fermentation of must, fermented with swiss Muller Thurgau yeast, bottled at 9 g/l residual sugar level, fermentation at 17 degrees Celsius.
Alcohol: 12,5%
Residual Sugar: 1,0 g/l
Total acidity: 6,5 g/l
