Tasting Notes: Lighter lemon color. The aroma is a combination of dried herbs and citrus fruits, with a slight hint of candied fruit in the finish. The taste is juicy, has excellent mid-body and a distinct mineral line that continues into the long aftertaste.

Climate: Western slope with good moisture conditions

Ageing Process: 95% stainless steel, 5% small Hungarian-Tokaj oak
