Born in Taradeau, on the borders of Provence and the Côte d’Azur, equallydistant fromTurin, the birthplace of red Vermouth, and Marseillan, the birthplaceof white Vermouth.
This Rosé Vermouth from Provence combines the expertise of our two companies:
- Château de Saint-Martin Cru Classé (wine making - blending - ageing)
- Liquoristerie de Provence (maceration - distillation - finishing).
Made from a subtle blend of regional grape varieties (Cinsault, Tibouren, Grenache and Syrah) delicately vinified into rosé by direct pressing and patiently matured in barrels exposed to the Provence sun. It is then enhanced by the addition of herbs and citrus fruit macerations, emblematic of the French Riviera hills and coast.
Composition: rosé wine and macerations of selected plants and citrus fruits.
Tasting: as a refreshing and low alcohol apéritif, to sip on the rocks, with or without tonic, also, as a fresh cocktail base.
