Château de Saint-Martin has taken up a new challenge with the creation of a range of de alcoholised premium wines, responding to a growing trend. A sparkling and a still Rosé, the result of 11 generations of know how from a winegrowing estate expert in the production of ‘CRU CLASSÉ’ wines from the Côtes de Provence appellation. A new top of the range and savoury alternative, a complementary ally for festive and convivial occasions.
Winemaking & technique: made from an excellent Rosé with specially selected grape varieties typical of Provence. The choice of a highly advanced process carried out by our team of qualified experts: vinification, vacuum de-alcoholisation (cold), followed by the addition of natural aromas to compensate for losses in the still.
Tasting notes: a range of de-alcoholised wines offering a variety of native gourmet aromas and a balance inspired by the wine world. Freshness for an elegant aperitif, and an aromatic structure for a convivial food pairing.
Colour: melon, peach.
Nose: savoury with notes of rose, vine peach, passion fruit and pomelo whilst recalling the character of the wine from which it is made.
Palate: fresh with a nice intensity, again aromas of rose and a finish of apple and the exotism of kiwi fruit, all together with good length
Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C.
Food pairings: elegant aperitifs and convivial meals.
