Taste:The taste is dry and full-bodied, with a well-balanced acidity and rich fruitiness that offers citrus, melon, pear and notes of toasted bread and vanilla.
Aroma:Maple and Ash Chardonnay has an intense aroma with hints of lemon, orange zest, peach as well as vanilla and smoky notes.
Production and maturation:The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months with American oak staves.
