Reserve wines: between 40% and 50%.
Ageing for 3 years in our cellars and additional rest for a few months after disgorgement.
Dosage : 9 gr/L
Tasting notes : Elegant pink colour. Fine and persistent bubbles. Very fresh nose. Wide range of small red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant. Lovely olfactory intensity. Amazing attack on the palate, marked by flavours of ripe red fruits. Harmonious balance between roundness and freshness.
Ideal with an assortment of forest fruits. Wonderful with flambéed quail with grapes or game with cranberries
