About

Pierres de Vin, formerly Château du Bernat, is a 27-hectare family estate based in Bordeaux

Nestled in Jugazan, just south of Saint-Émilion and west of Bordeaux, the vineyard stands on an ancient stone quarry of Frontenac limestone—the very stone that built many of the region’s historic châteaux and shaped the city of Bordeaux itself. This rare setting gives us a 100% limestone terroir, offering our wines a distinctive and authentic identity.

Driven by the ambition to craft more sustainable and environmentally conscious wines, we continuously refine our expertise while caring for our soils and preserving biodiversity. We do have a lot of reward on our Wines like a 95 Decanter on our Cuvée Latrique

Above all, Pierres de Vin is a team of bon vivants brought together by a shared, forward-thinking vision—one rooted in pleasure, generosity, and the joy of sharing.
