Sebastien Brunet established his estate in 2007 north of the Loire River in the Vouvray appellation. Today the estate comprises 17 hectares of Chenin Blanc vines cultivated organically, with plots located in the communes of Chançay, Reugny and Vernou sur Brenne. The soils are work mechanically, and the grapes are harvested by hand. In the cellar, the wines are aged in kilometers of tuffeau stone galleries, part of a former mushroom farm dating back to the 16th century. As in the vineyard, the wines are vinified in the most natural way possible, allowing the Chenin Blanc to express itself according to the complexity and intensity of our different terroirs.
Domaine des Cormiers Roux is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the Vouvrayappellation area, in the commune of Chançay. The 24 hectares of vines, 90% of which are Chenin Blanc, have an average age of around 40 years. The soils are predominantly clay-limestone (known locally as Tuffeau) and flinty clay.
With HVE 3 certification, we do our utmost to respect nature, which in return gives us its finest fruit.
Our estate is the fruit of a family history in which know-how and passion for the trade have been passed down for 5 generations.
Each generation has succeeded in preserving the family tradition, while at the same time making its own contribution to constantly improving the quality of its wines.
Our still wines (dry, semi-dry and sweet) express the identity of their terroir, each with its own exposure, soil and a whole range of different factors influencing the taste of the wine, giving it a real personality. Our sparkling wines are aged in our troglodytic cellars, providing ideal conditions for maturing.
The Landrat-Guyollot family has been producing wine since the 17th century in Centre-Loire, in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1686, Domaine Landrat-Guyollot is still managed in an artisanal and sustainable way by our family, for the production of pure and precise signature wines. For 3 generations, the estate has been exclusively run by women. Today, it is run by Sophie Guyollot, the 10th generation of winemakers in her family.aaaaaa📷
Located on the hill of Saint-Andelain overlooking the Loire, the estate takes care of 16.50 hectares of vines, composed of 15.90 ha of Sauvignon Blanc and 60 ares of Chasselas. The soils are old and mainly composed of Kimmeridgian marls (Jurassic) and flint clays (Cretaceous).aaaaaa📷
The viticulture implemented there is demanding and organic, both in spirit and in practices: yields are limited, certified organic fertilizers are used, pesticides and herbicides are banned, sexual confusion is applied, short pruning, use of "Burgundian practices" (hilling up, starting, scratching, and hoeing), soil plowing is superficial, co-planting is annual in mass selection, the grapes are harvested at perfect maturity. Estate currently certified HVE (level 3). Official AB certification targeted within 4 years.aaaaaa📷

Our estate is located in the little town of Feings on the banks of the Loire River in the heart of the Cheverny appellation in the Centre-Val de Loire region. It is surrounded by the châteaux of the Loire Valley, including the Château de Chambord, Château de Cheverny, and Chenonceaux..
Val de Loire region is known worldwide for its cultural heritage, with all the historical richness of royalty and its thousands of châteaux built along the Loire, France's longest river. Over the centuries, the kings of France resided in this beautiful region of France, not far away from Paris, to indulge in hunting, the pleasures of gastronomy and wine, and the gentle lifestyle of the Loire Valley.
King Francois 1er, who initiated the construction of the Château de Chambord, notably calling on his famous friend and painter Leonardo da Vinci, introduced the Romorantin grape variety, unique to the Cour-Cheverny appellation, which became his favorite wine!
Romorantin, the exclusive grape variety of the Cour-Cheverny appellation, produces an exceptional wine, renowned for its great minerality and remarkable aromatic liveliness, with excellent aging potential. It is particularly prized by connoisseurs and lovers of fine wines.
Our wineyard is a family estate since many generations of winegrowers wich goes back to the 19th century .
Jérôme Marcadet continues the tradition while continuing to develop the cultivation of the vine with respect and passion for the terroir.
