Virginie and Jean-Marc have acquired the estate in 2017.
The vines at Château la Sable were planted in the 60’s and the wine making facility was built in 1988 and was one of the first of the Luberon Appellation.
The vines are located at an altitude between 250m and 350m on a mostly sandy soil. They are surrounded by very old trees (oak trees, pine trees, plane trees...).
14ha are currently in production in AOC Luberon and IGP Méditerrannée.
We have been farming organically since 2018 and have been certified with the 2022 vintage.
Our grapes are typical of the Rhône Valley : Marsanne, Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier for our whites; Syrah and Grenache for reds and rosés.
In the vineyard as well as in the cellar, we are trying to intervene as little as possible to let the terroir express itself.
We harvest mostly by hand. For the white and rosé, we press whole bunches lightly with a pneumatic press. The fermentation and aging of wines are done either in stainless steel vats or oak barrels.
Small, family run organic AOC Ventoux vineyard on the foothills of Mont Ventoux - in the southern Rhone Valley - producing elegant, fine wines. Sandy soils over limestone, and surrounded by forest, the estate dates from the 9th century.
As the drinking public become fewer and more demanding - offering Chateau Unang wines can be done with complete confidence in the honesty and integrity with how and where the wines are produced, combined with high scoring reviews from Jancis Robinson (all 17 points or above) and Vinum (95).

Domaine de Poulvarel, located north of the Costières de Nîmes appellation in the Rhône Valley, is led by Elisabeth and Pascal Glas. It benefits from a unique terroir with pebble soils and gravel terraces near the Pont du Gard, conducive to the cultivation of various grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, and Roussanne. We produce a range under two appellations, AOP Costières de Nîmes and IGP Coteaux du Gard, featuring white, rosé, and red wines, each reflecting the quality of our terroir.
Since its establishment in 2004, the estate has been committed to producing wines that express the richness and uniqueness of the region. Committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, the estate is certified High Environmental Value, and it is in the final year of organic conversion. Our 45-hectare vineyard attests to our commitment to quality and the environment.
Our range of wines, available at various price points, is offered in traditional bottles and Bag-in-Box, with an average annual production of 120,000 bottles. We provide vintages from 2021 to 2023 and explore vegan winemaking to meet evolving market demands.
Located in the heart of the Southern Rhône, in Rasteau, Domaine La Luminaille is a family estate defined by a preserved terroir and a viticulture deeply respectful of nature. Nestled on luminous hillsides, the Luminaille terroir—after which the estate is named—produces wines that are elegant, expressive, and genuinely rooted in their origin.
Crafted organically and following a resolutely artisanal approach, the wines faithfully express the distinctiveness of their terroir: freshness, elegance, and authenticity, the natural hallmarks of this radiant landscape.
In the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail,in the small village of Suzette, near Gigondas, Domaine Saint Amant is the highest domaine in the Rhone Valley and enjoys a unique terroir: 35 acres of small plots of steep slopes, between 1200’ and 1800’, facing south-east and swept by the mistral, with a soil of Triassic marl and limestone. The high altitude contributes to the health of the vines: airy and dry soils, no propagation of diseases, no early spring frost, a late harvest (up to 3 weeks later than in the plain), and allows for slow maturation which provides fruit, finesse, freshness, and a unique balance to its Southern wines.
Domaine Saint Amant is now run by Camille Nosworthy and her daughter Eloise. Next to the red grapes of Grenache and Syrah, we chose to plant white Viognier, a grape that suits perfectly the altitude and benefit from the cool temperature.
We cultivate our vines with the greatest respect for the very biodiverse environment : no herbicides, no pesticides. The vines are planted, pruned, tied up and harvested by hand. The vats are gravity fed, yeasts are indigenous, temperatures are controlled during the fermentations. Vinification and ageing are long and natural, they take place in small containers : stainless steel and French oak wood. The modern winery built in 1995 is underground and air-conditioned. Today, we produce 55.000 bottles a year.
