Chêne Bleu is located at the heart of the Mont Ventoux regional natural park, in a protected UNESCO biosphere, renowned worldwide for its exceptional biodiversity. Situated in the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, near the village of Crestet, the vineyard extends over 22 hectares.

The microclimate of the domaine is characterised by :

• A high altitude of 500 to 550 metres, increasing the freshness and aging potential of our wines
• Idyllic isolation with 100 hectares of forest forming a natural protective belt around our parcelles and contributing to a unique climate
• A unique terroir directly linked to the elevation of the Dentelles, translating to consistent minerality (rosé and whites)

The necessity of organic practices was clear to us from the start, as we aimed to launch a new generation of great wines where quality is synonymous with protection of our environment and the health of consumers. A full range of small tanks and oak barrels is used to preserve the elegance and character of the wines, in the persistent pursuit of finesse and complexity. As a pioneer in regenerative agriculture, the estate is certified organic and follows biodynamic principles.
