About

Domaine Stentz-Buecher follows in a long tradition of Alsatian winegrowers, located in Wettolsheim (5km from Colmar). Today, Stéphane and Céline have taken over from their parents in the company. We operate an area of 12 hectares, located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, on which all Alsace grape varieties are produced in terroirs ROSENBERG, ORTEL and GRANDS CRUS STEINGRUBLER, HENGST and PFERSIBERG. And Also Sparkling Alsace “ Crémant d’Alsace”. 85% of our vineyards are located on hillsides enjoying a very good exposure. With respect for nature, our philosophy is based on patient observation and respect for nature. This is to allow the vine to develop and the wine to evolve by natural means. The harvest is entirely manual and everything is done to bring the fullest and healthiest grape possible to the press in order to retain as much of its qualities as possible. The objective is to produce wines of character while maintaining the greatest purity.
