A family estate since 1885, Isabelle and Noë help to pass on the passion for wine inherited from great-grandmother Octavie. The 32 hectares of Domaine Octavie are located on the renowned terroir of the commune of OISLY, which is THE terroir of choice for the Touraine and Touraine OISLY Appellations for the white grape variety SAUVIGNON. Isabelle and Noë have been working in an environmentally-friendly way since 2001, with the TERRA VITIS approach, and are in the final year of conversion to organic farming. Their aim is to produce high-quality grapes using ecologically sound methods. Their wines regularly win awards at competitions and are mentioned in guides and magazines.
