In Avize, the emblematic heart of the Côte des Blancs, our family estate has carried for generations a passionate vision: to create Grand Cru Champagnes that evoke emotion, crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grown on 3.6 hectares of old vines anchored in expressive chalk soils.
Each of our wines tells a story — of place, of precision, of respect for nature. We choose not to impose malolactic fermentation, allowing the pure mineral character to shine through. Some cuvées are raised in oak, adding depth and texture to their personality.
Our commitment to living soils and biodiversity shapes every decision we make: no synthetic fertilizers, biocontrol strategies, natural cover crops and recycled vine wood. Our sustainable development approach is certified with ‘Haute Valeur Environnementale’ (HVE) level 3 and ‘Viticulture Durable en Champagne’.
Three emblematic cuvées embody our spirit:
- “Paradis”: a single-parcel wine, vinified without malolactic fermentation in stainless steel – pure, tense and luminous;
- “Charles Legendre”: aged in oak, full of character and tribute;
- “Les Regards d’Avize”: a perpetual cuvée blending time, intuition and terroir.
We invite wine professionals to experience our world in Avize — and to build strong, lasting partnerships around sincere, expressive, and distinguished Champagnes.
* **« Paradis »**, vibrante et cristalline, issue d’une parcelle isolée vinifiée sans FML ;
* **« Charles Legendre »**, hommage en fût à l’audace de nos aïeux ;
* **« Les Regards d’Avize »**, notre mémoire perpétuelle, reflet de l’esprit de la maison.
Nous vous invitons à venir découvrir notre univers à Avize. Notre ambition : créer des liens solides avec des professionnels passionnés, autour de cuvées sincères, précises et distinctives.
The BAUCHET family has been cultivating its vineyard, harvesting its grapes and making its champagne from father to son since 1920. True Domain in Champagne, the very large and rich mosaic of vines with a total area of more than 33 ha, distributed on 7 different Crus de la Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Côte des Bars and 52 plots, allows Chardonnay and Pinots Noirs to be the origin of a quality, authentic and elegant Champagne that expresses the personality of its terroir full of diversity and singularities. Florence BAUCHET LABELLE and Robin BAUCHET, respectively of the 4th and 5th generation, and the oenologist Bruno CHARLEMAGNE wish to preserve the traditions and family values of their predecessors, by giving themselves the means to develop excellent wines while putting at the heart of their concerns, man, his health and the preservation of the environment.
Champagne Ch Marin et Fils in few words : “A unique dosage of friendliness”
A family estate in Champagne that embodies the charm of our village, Avirey-Lingey, situated in the Vallée de la Sarce (Aube). The farming plots surrounding our estate are overlooked by our lovely hillsides, where Pinot Noir reigns supreme ( or “where Pinot noir is the Lord”).
We pursue (we have) a mixed activity combining:
- Farming (150 hectares cultivated)
- Viticulture (6 hectares of vineyards)
Here, Agricultural practices support winegrowing by enhancing and embracing it always with the same state of mind : The famously intuitive know-how of the winegrower.
In the vineyard, we cultivate three grape varieties :
- Pinot Noir (5 ha): the king of grape varieties in the Côte des Bar
- Chardonnay (0.75 ha)
- Pinot Blanc
In the winery, we don’t talk about Champagne; we speak of Wines with a capital W, they are elaborated and aged as such. Here, We talk about ( live throughout ) Terroir’s expression, forgotten grape varieties, fruits, freshness, length in mouth but also selected plots and shortened maceration.
At the helm of this family estate is Éric, the captain, who leads his team, his wife, children, and partners toward new projects and challenges. The goal remains unchanged: to delight your palate !
Champagne Chaudron is a family house dedicated to crafting exceptional champagnes. Located primarily in the Montagne de Reims, in the heart of the prestigious village of Verzenay, we cultivate a terroir renowned for its unique richness. Luc Chaudron and his daughter Capucine Chaudron work together to showcase the family's savoir faire, passed down through generations. Each bottle reflects the authenticity of our Premier and Grand Cru vineyards and the exacting standards we apply at every stage of winemaking.
We carefully select the finest grapes to ensure consistent quality and a unique character.
OUR HOUSE
Founded in 1948, the Champagne Cl. de la Chapelle is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims in Ville-Dommange, a village classified in the Premier cru.
Produced by the 4th and 5th generation of winegrowers, and exclusively issued of the 5 founding families, all of them are animated by the same passion: to create great Champagnes from their own wineyards.
Guardians of a unique family know-how, our winemakers engage themselves for a reasoned winegrowing and respecting the ground, producing rare Champagne in the pure Champagne tradition.
OUR TERROIR
The geografical position of our Premier cru village brings to our wineyards an exceptionnal exposition, through the alliance of the three major componings: climate, subsoil and relief.
Villedommange is a fantastic terroir for Pinot Meunier, wich reigns supreme in half of our vineyards.
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay complete the blend. The subtle blend of these 3 grapes varieties in each of our vintage brings smoothness, roundness and finesse.
The land has always guided our family. Over two hundred years of winemaking and farming have sculpted our brand and expertise. So it's only natural that it's our main source of inspiration when it comes to creating our vintages. This land isn't set in stone: from village to village, plot to plot, it changes colour, texture, aroma... Just like all our wines that spring from it. From our winery based in Vertus, a Côte des Blancs Premier Cru village, we explore our hillside vineyards in search of new emotions, inspirations and creations to share with you from our land.
Champagne Collard-Picard (Récoltant-Manipulant RM) was founded in 1996, from the family know-how of Olivier COLLARD and Caroline PICARD. Located at 15 avenue de Champagne in Épernay, the estate is guided by an absolute commitment for quality. With a background in viticulture and oenology, Olivier and Caroline Collard-Picard are joined by their youngest son Alexandre, a graduate of the OIV MSc in Wine Management.
Spread over two terroirs, we cultivate 16 hectares of vines, certified level 3 High Environmental Value .
- Marne Valley - Right bank (COLLARD family)
- Côte des Blancs - Grand Cru: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger (PICARD family)
We listen to nature in order to understand and enhance it, and we gently guide it through daily care and a respectful approach to the living environment (organic amendments, ploughing, grassing and recycling of raw materials).
Our philosophy at the winery is simple and designed to respect and enhance the quality of our grapes and terroirs. Only the cuvées are selected and vinified using indigenous yeasts, without malolactic fermentation, in large oak tuns and in amphorae since the 2024 harvest. The wines are aged for a long time in bottle in our cellar (at least 6 years for our entry-level wines) and the dosage is low, only Extra Brut. Today, we have nine Champagnes, including two rosés, and a 100% Meunier red Coteaux Champenois.
