The land has always guided our family. Over two hundred years of winemaking and farming have sculpted our brand and expertise. So it's only natural that it's our main source of inspiration when it comes to creating our vintages. This land isn't set in stone: from village to village, plot to plot, it changes colour, texture, aroma... Just like all our wines that spring from it. From our winery based in Vertus, a Côte des Blancs Premier Cru village, we explore our hillside vineyards in search of new emotions, inspirations and creations to share with you from our land.
The Champagnes FROMENT GRIFFON is a family history and a love story - love of the soil, love of the wine, love of bubbles - at least for 4 generations.
The family estate, which we took over about twenty years ago, is located in Sermiers, village of the Montagne de Reims, one of the last villages of the Champagne area to be classified as 1er Cru.
Our vineyard (7,4 Ha) has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) for several years, and we use alternative methods on part of it.
After a slow maturation in our cellars (up to more than 10 years), we produce authentic champagnes, with a beautiful singular frame, where Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay express themselves and complement each other fully.

Champagne H. BLIN is a union of vintner (Vincelles Cooperative) founded in 1947 by Henri BLIN and 28 other growers. Located in Vincelles in Marne Valley (25 minutes west of Epernay and Reims), Champagne H. BLIN is known for its cuvees with a strong identity, crafted to express their unique character. These wines are based around the historic local grape variety, Pinot Meunier. Our 110 hectares of vines, planted around Vincelles, are predominantly Pinot Meunier (70%), but we also grow Chardonnay (16%) and Pinot Noir (14%).
The story of Champagne Jean Plener Fils starts at the end of the 19th century. Since then, the family has been cultivating its vineyard in the heart of the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy with passion, to produce unforgettable Grand Cru champagnes.
Since 2013, the winemaker is Maud Plener, 7th generation. She runs her estate according to the rules of Sustainable Vinegrowing in Champagne, without any herbicides and holds the "High Environmental Value" label. Her Champagnes age for at least 4 years in her cellar, dug in the chalk under her house. This long ageing brings them balance and complexity. Maud's creativity and quality requirements are expressed through the development of a unique blend (70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay), which she declines in different dosages or ageing. She also elaborates the famous Bouzy Rouge red wine (Coteaux Champenois), as well as a 100 % Pinot noir Champagne coming for the single plot "Les Cercets", a tribute to her grand-father, and a Solera Cuvée.
Based in the Côte des Bar, the estate Lacroix-Triaulaire is a family house lead by Marie-Claire and Theodore Lacroix, independent winemakers. From vine to bottle, they control every step of the champagne-making process.
In an approach that respects the land and the environment, the entire vineyard has been certified organic since the 2025 harvest. The vineyard is of course mainly composed of Pinot Noir, but also includes Pinot Meunier, with a small part of Chardonnay and a hint of Pinot Blanc.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks or small 300-liters oak barrels. To preserve roundness and complexity, we choose to do the malolactic fermentations. Our rich and expressive wines are particularly well-suited for gastronomy and pleasure of course!
