Oh my Baie ~ LE ROUGE 0.0% is elaborated from an exceptional organic wine produced by a family-run château located in the north of Aix-en- Provence, where sustainability and preservation of biodiversity are core values.
Made from a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Marselan, the wine is delicately de- alcoholised to 0.0% using a very low-temperature distillation process, which preserves its full aromatic richness.
Deep in colour, with violet highlights.
An expressive, generous nose unfolds with intense dark fruit aromas, led by black cherry, elegantly lifted by subtle hints of Mediterranean garrigue.
The palate is smooth and fleshy, offering fine balance and a long, harmonious finish.
Pairs well with green olive tapenade, pepper piperade, aubergine salad, pissaladière, ratatouille, Provençal beef daube, moussaka, and delicately meat-stuffed courgette flowers.
